How do I use SinuSauna?

SinuSauna is simple to use:
- Push the mask onto the back of the heating element. The mask should come on and off easily for cleaning.
- Attach the power cord to the heating element.
- Find a place where you can relax, read a book or watch TV.
- Plug the device into a power outlet. Only use the power adapter and cord that came with your SinuSauna.
- Before placing the mask over your nose and mouth, press and release the power button once to turn the heating element on. Within 20 seconds, the mask will begin to cycle heated air at the lowest temperature setting, 100°F. (see the next question to adjust the temperature)
- Place the mask over your nose and mouth. Adjust the position and tighten the straps to better fit the mask to your face.
- Breathe normally.
- SinuSauna will automatically turn off after 10 minutes.
How do I adjust the temperature?

To adjust the temperature, press the power button again while the device is on. Each press will cycle through the three temperature settings: 100°F, 105°F, and 110°F. The device will remember your last used setting for the next session.
How often should I use SinuSauna?

You can use SinuSauna as often as you feel necessary. Many users find it beneficial to use it once or twice daily, especially during allergy season or when experiencing sinus discomfort.
For how long should I use SinuSauna?

Each SinuSauna session is automatically set to 10 minutes. You can end the session earlier by pressing and holding the power button for a few seconds until the device turns off.
