Find a comfortable spot to relax, attach the power cord to the heating element, and plug the device into a power outlet. Only use the power adapter and cord that came with your SinuSauna.
Before placing the mask over your nose and mouth, press the power button once to turn the heating element on. The mask will begin to cycle heated air within 20 seconds.
