How It Works

4 Simple Steps

SinuSauna is a revolutionary respiratory wellness mask that uses dry, heated air to naturally cleanse your nose and throat, targeting areas where germs accumulate.

Attach the power cord to the heating element and plug device into power outlet. Only use the power adapter and cord that came with your SinuSauna.

Press the power button to turn on heating element and wait 20 seconds for heated air.

Place the mask over your nose and mouth and adjust the straps. Breathe normally.

Use 2-3 times per week for 20 minutes each session. It will turn off after 20 minutes.

Adjusting The Temperature

For optimal comfort and safety, we recommend starting with the lowest setting and gradually increasing the temperature based on your personal preference. Listen to your body and adjust as needed.

Different light colors align with temperature settings. SinuSauna will default to yellow, or approximately 130°F. As you hold the button, the LED color will change as the temperature increases.

  • Before placing the mask over your nose and mouth, press and hold the power button. Continue to hold the button until the desired temperature is achieved

  • 0-3 seconds: Yellow (approximately 130°F)
  • 3-5 seconds: Orange (approximately 140°F)
  • Greater than 5 seconds: Red (approximately 150°F)
  • If you want to reduce the temperature, press and release the power button. This will turn the heating element off, and you can start the above process again to reach the preferred temperature.
